The charge will be made in Euro according to the currency on the actual day of the transaction.

* Participants registering as Students must provide an official letter from the head of their department to support their application rate.

Please make sure the name of the conference EPC2010 with your name and address indicated on the reverse. If payment is made for more than one person or by companies please make sure all names are indicated and send fully completed registration forms together with a copy of the bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:


Faxed, electronically mailed or post marked


90 days before congress – full refund less $ 50 handling fees

60 days before congress – until June 25, 2010 – 50% refund

30 days before congress – no refund
